Reid's 1st Trip to Peoria

Reid, Drew and I made a trip to Peoria while Mark was in California. It really didn't go too bad. We started at lunch time with the thoughts that Drew would eat lunch and nap. Drew had no thoughts of napping because he wanted to talk for the first 2 hours. He really was a trooper since we had to stop twice to feed Reid. The trip back was great, we stopped in Davenport to see friends and there was no crying until we took our exit to get home.

Ready for the big Iowa game. Drew loves his brother a little too much sometimes.

Drew does anything Drake does.

Drew labeled this...Papa and Baby Brother

Reid's friend Caleb. While in Peoria we made a trip to Bloomington to see Lori and her son Caleb. Caleb is 2 weeks older than Reid. They will be trouble someday.

Drew and Reid at 5 weeks

I'm sure the tables will turn one day, but Reid's Big Brother has to do what he is doing.

Drew helped give Reid a bath. I was a nervous wreck the entire time, not sure Reid got a very good bath.

1 month

Drew had a stuffy nose so he thought he would take care of things himself.

Drew's 2nd Birthday

We celebrated Drew's 2nd birthday yesterday, I can't believe another year has flown by. It has been a big year fo Drew. He is now talking up a storm and has become very independent. He is a true boy! Loves sports of all kinds and anything with wheels. We spend much of our day talking about trains, tractors, school buses and fire trucks. He is always climbing or jumping off of something. Drew has also continued to be an amazing big brother. He really loves Reid and likes to make sure he has his firetruck, a.k.a paciFIER. Drew continues to keep a smile on our face with his silly expressions and constant dancing.

Thank you to our friends and family that were able to celebrate with us yesterday and for all the birthday wishes and gifts from those that were unable to make it. Drew is so blessed to be so loved and spoiled!

Just taking the Mr. Potato Head family for a ride.

Drew got very shy when everyone gathered in the kitchen to sing to him. We didn't end up getting any good pictures or getting to sing.

Aidan just wanted to make sure Drew's hat looked good for the picture.

Discussing where they are going to go.

This is Drew and Daddy's new toy.

"Hey Aidan, check out my new ride."

Drew loves his retro trike he got from Grandma and Grandpa Thompson. He surprised us and has already figured out how to peddle. His legs are just a little too short to really get going.

Daddy had to help with the table and chairs from Grandma and Grandpa Gall. Drew made sure that every bit of paper was off the box.

Aidan was just making sure Drew knew this one was from her.

Aidan and Drew were all ready to open presents in their party hats.
Just helping Daddy do a little plumbing. Not sure who knows more, Drew or Mark?

Sharing some cereal with Wrigley.

Drew cried until I put Aidan's bow in his hair.

The Iowa game was just too much for us!
